Privacy policy

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, organisation membership, role.
• Club data: club name, logo, governing-body code, swim results, attendance, payment records you choose to enter.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe — we store your Stripe customer / subscription IDs only.
• Operational logs: minimal request logs (IP, page, timestamp) for security and debugging, retained for 30 days.

How we use it

We use the data to run the service: authenticate you, scope your access to your club, send transactional email (invites, password resets, payment receipts), and process subscription billing through Stripe. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising.
