Terms of service

These terms govern your club's use of LaneLink. By signing up for an account, you accept them on behalf of your club.
The service
LaneLink is a hosted platform for managing swimming clubs (members, squads, sessions, results, records, payments). We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees beyond that.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Each club is treated as a separate tenant — admins can invite members but cannot see another club's data.
Billing
Plans renew monthly via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Refunds for the current period are available on request within 14 days of payment.
Acceptable use
Don't upload illegal content, attempt to access another club's data, or use the service to send unsolicited bulk email outside your own membership.
Termination
Either side can end the arrangement at any time. On termination, your data is exportable for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
